Open Kitchen

This family was downsizing when they selected this dated home. However, this did not mean they had to downsize on style or entertaining. By opening the kitchen to the dining and living areas, they increased the flow of the main floor and brought in beautiful natural light. We love how this space draws you in like a warm invitation.

Remodel

This home underwent a dramatic remodel while retaining the existing foundation and main floor framing. One foundation wall was corrected due to a reverse-grade water issue, and the basement height was raised by 12 inches to create a more open, usable space. The garage and entry level remained intact, while the added height allowed for improved grading and new main-floor design opportunities. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the transformation of this former brick ranch home.

Master Bath Update

These Homeowners loved the functionality of their existing master bath but wanted a much needed update to include new tile, countertops, vessel sinks, soaker tub and glass shower enclosure. We envision a peaceful start and end to their daily routine.
